One response to “Top Ten Most Cited Canadian Court Cases

  1. Dear Madam/Sir:

I have applied for Canadian immigration, as a Federal Skilled Worker, about 2years ago. I have passed all the stages successfully well, and was going to obtain the Visa, at the Visa Section in Damascus,Syria on.

But, unfortunately at 21november 2010, I was refused because a mistake that I had made in my documents preparation.

As I have done all the process without any problem, I had expected them to give me a chance to compensate,

they told me to write a “Reconsideration Email”, I did that and send my corrected document for them by DHL post, soon after that.

But, again they told me that I was Refused with Not writing the Detailed problem?.

Kindly, I do want Help from you, that what should I do? can I save my file? and if Yes, where should I send my “Appealing Request”?

thank you so much and best regards,
    Dena.H.
